What’s included in the free first week?
Your first week of service is free on every subscription. Your card is saved at checkout and billing starts after the trial unless you cancel.
Do I need to be home?
No. Leave gate instructions or a code at checkout. We’ll scoop, sanitize (on Weekly Patrol), latch the gate, and send a photo.
What if it rains?
We continue in light rain. Severe weather days are rescheduled promptly.
How do I cancel?
Text or call (318) 718-4636 with at least 24 hours’ notice. No long-term contracts.
My yard hasn’t been scooped in a while.
During launch, the initial cleanup fee is waived when you start a subscription. Otherwise an Initial Deep Clean ($49) or Spring Clean ($99) is available.
4+ dogs or a big lot?
Use the quote form — we’ll price extra dogs and oversized yards fairly before you subscribe.
